Celtic co-pro collaborations

The lovely folk of the Scottish Government’s Joint Improvement Team (who lead on the co-production strategy in Scotland) have invited us up for a collaborative visit in December. The delegates come from a range of sectors, and work at all levels. What we share – along with our Scottish colleagues – is a belief that co-pro offers a more effective, more democratic and more sustainable way of commissioning and delivering our public services and re-energising our communities.
We will be looking at the political, strategic and organisational aspects of co-production, at successes, case-studies and barriers to progress. And discussing ways of overcoming these.

If you are interested in learning more about this visit, or in participating, please get in touch. If all goes well it could be the first of many.
